PCM Series Power Control Module
PCM style assemblies are used in single and three phase applications up to 225 amps RMS. One, two, or three dual SCR modules are mounted on a 4.9” x 5.3” Wakefield heatsink. Heatsink lengths of 12” or 18” are available depending on size and number of SCRs and power dissipation requirements.
The SCR firing board, regulation board, and snubber board are also mounted to the side of the heatsink with standoffs making for a very compact design. Cooling can be by natural convection or integral fans depending on the ambient air conditions and heat dissipation requirements.
